Specialist SEND Consultancy

Alongside our training offer, our consultancy work focuses on real children in real classrooms. Using a case‑study model aligned with the SEN Graduated Approach, we work alongside staff to understand needs clearly, identify barriers and co‑create practical strategies that can be implemented immediately.

Consultancy may include:

• SEND‑specific consultation to understand pupil profiles and context
• Classroom observation and an environment scan to identify barriers to access
• Co‑designed goals and outcomes centred on regulation, engagement and learning
• Coaching and modelling for staff, including reflective conversations
• Practical, low‑cost strategies that embed sustained change
• Signposting to trusted tools, resources and local support

This approach strengthens confidence, reduces overwhelm and enables staff to move from short‑term reactive practice to proactive, sustainable planning.
